Comedian Pat Shortt has bought a pub in East Cork with his brother Chris.

And they plan on serving pints behind the bar at McGrath’s pub in Castlemartyr this weekend.

Outgoing publican John McGrath, handed the keys over to the brothers earlier this week. Plans are now in place to have their name over the bar.

Famous for being one half of the D’Unbelievables, with Jon Kenny, the Castleconnell based comedian has gone on to find huge success in Killnaskully - now in its third series.
