Brian Mooney was born in Dublin but now lives in the Burren, Co. Clare.

In the 60's he was one of the founders the Limerick Adult Education Institute and published with the Castle Poets.

He has written three books of poetry: Vistas., Island Awekening and Between The Tides. A fourth is in preparation.

As usual the reading is preceded by an open mic session in which anyone who wishes to read is invited to do so. Complementary finger food is provided and proceeding commence at 9.00 pm.
